If You Don't Agree With President Obama, Then You Are a Racist

A US congressman shouting "You lie" at Barack Obama was an act "based on racism", according to a former American president.

Jimmy Carter said the comment was "dastardly" and part of an "inherent feeling" held by some in this country who feel that a black man should not be in the White House.
