Why have you labeled China an impenetrable market?

China has turned its back on the world. The Chinese are being extremely unfair and the WTO has done nothing to force them to play fair: They've closed their borders to foreign investment while they conquer the world. I'm not only talking about telecoms, but all sectors.

Do you think this makes the WTO less legitimate?

I think there should be sanctions and enforcement. China should not be allowed to invest in other territories or go into other markets as long as they are closed. The WTO should wake up and really do something about this. It's not nice to be taken for a ride, which is what the Chinese are doing with all of us. We need to issue laws that say'if you don't open your borders for me, my borders are closed for you. It's very easy, but it's not being implemented.
